It was particularly refreshing to see in the state of today’s building environment!

Walter and his team did an amazing renovation and restoration on our investment property after it was badly damaged by tenants. He kept us fully informed on each step of the way and found creative ways to stretch our budget without sacrificing on quality. Like us, you’ll be in safe, honest hands.

Walter was originally our sales representative and our building supervisor. He was an absolute star. Nothing was too difficult and he made time to meet regularly with us. Walter is honest, caring and committed to his customers and their needs. He was always available and took the time to explain the build process with us. A genuine pleasure to work with!

We were contacted by Kyros Homes in response to queries we made through the Wesbuilders Cooperative, as our previous builder had gone into liquidation. Walter was empathetic regarding our situation and very accommodating in arranging a time to meet us on site. Walter was transparent, communicated regularly and demonstrated fantastic attention to detail. Within a month, he had identified and communicated a number of opportunities to improve our existing plans, plus provided heaps of other fantastic advice to guide us on our way. If you want to deal with a values-driven builder, then we’d thoroughly recommend speaking with Kyros Homes.

We had a vision on how we wanted our house on our challenging sloped block. We met with Walter and gave him this vision, right before us he drew our house and it was exactly what we had envisioned.
Through every step of the way Walters communication was impeccable, there was not a moment where we were not advised about anything. He would explain everything to us in a way so that we could understand (as we are not builders), he would come up with suggestions for anything that needed to be changed and he would always aim for the most cost effective solution. To have this mindset in our builder as we built through the COVID period was an absolute testament to his character.
We have been in our house now for almost a year and he still keeps in contact with us to ensure all the standards he stands by is upheld within our home.
We cannot recommend Walter and his team enough. If you’re looking to build, renovate or even extend then truly look no further than Kyros Homes. This is a decision you will not regret.

Walter and the team were very friendly and supportive throughout our build, there were some standard building supply challenges that were out of Kyros control but we were kept informed along the way and the team went over and above to overcome what they could control.
Our home was not a standard spec home and would have posed some challenges to regular builders but Walter and team were able to complete our home beautifully.
