THE SEVEN STEPS

1. We meet with you and gain an understanding of your key financial & lifestyle goals.
2. We identify whether you are going to be able to get a loan and identify the path forward (KEYSTART or other Lenders depending on deposit and credit rating)
3. We research all the banks and find the optimum solution for you then lodge your application.
4. We then work hard to get you a conditional approval. 
5. Once we have met any conditions, we get unconditional approval.
6. We assist you to complete the loan documents.
7. We work to facilitate the loan settlement. (Time to celebrate!)

Depending on your financial circumstances we will explore KEYSTART, core non-Banks and mainstream Banks. Each has their strengths and weaknesses and our absolute commitment is to find the perfect solution that is in your best interest.
